Join us for a vineyard field day where we take you through the process of making wine from ground to glass! An educational Vineyard and Winery Tour highlighting our vineyard and winemaking practices following the Salmon Safe Sustainable farming program.
Participants will walk the vineyard with owner Don Phelps gaining an understanding of pruning, tying and shade canopy and irrigation program to name a few.
The vineyard tour will be followed by an overview of our winemaking process with winemaker Julian Shaver.
Next up will be a tasting of our lineup of new releases paired with charcuterie. Limited to 25 guests.
