Va Va Voom Vermouth begins with a Pinot Gris base wine, fortified using brandy distilled from our own estate wine at It’s 5 Distillery in Cashmere, Washington — making this one truly local and truly ours.
The botanical lineup includes wormwood, angelica, devils club, lemon peel, elderflower, apple bark, galangal, vanilla bean, and a proprietary blend of dried organic herbs. But like any good vermouth producer, we’re not giving away all our secrets.
