π Gamay Noir β Lake Chelan AVA
- βοΈ AVA: Lake Chelan-grown grapes
- βοΈ Style: Light, berry-driven, and juicy
- βοΈ Technique: 100% whole cluster carbonic maceration
- βοΈ Serving: Slightly chilled
Eschew the everyday and embrace something delightfully different. Representing the only Gamay Noir planting in the Lake Chelan AVA, this wine is light on its feet and bursting with flavor.
The nose leads with cranberry, strawberry, and raspberry while the palate brings a savory edge β grapefruit zest, cracked pepper, and cedar. At just 12.6% ABV, itβs bright, quenching, and the kind of red thatβs built for chill mode.
Pair it with your finest charcuterie, a shady picnic table, or just a hot afternoon and a cold glass.
Fermented using the rare technique of carbonic maceration (whole clusters sealed in a closed tank), this process keeps tannins light and the fruit expressive. After fermentation, it was aged in neutral oak to keep the spotlight on the vineyard.
