This exotic, aromatized wine was patterned after the complex but refreshing dry vermouths that we enjoyed before dinner while touring in Italy. These vermouths were unlike anything we had drunk before. The flavors are intriguing, enigmatic and beguiling, no longer just an 'old-timey' mixer! Now we start each meal with a glass of vermouth. The base wine and brandy are from our vineyards in Lake Chelan. Our herbs come from mostly local sources and most are organic.
Our vermouth is a dry and lighter-style aperitif made to drink neat on its own or mixed in a cocktail. Unique and original it is wonderful over ice with a splash of tonic water or just over ice with a zest of orange.
Lovely acid, clear apple, licorice and forest floor notes with a touch of bitter and baking spice finish. Like aroma therapy in a glass, be transported to a different time and place.
Pair with traditional Spanish tapas before dinner. We love it with paté and foie gras, olives and spicy nuts or simply with potato chips.

We love this Vermouth on its own served over ice with an orange twist, it doesn’t need to be mixed at all but if you must here are some of our favorites:
Negroni Sbagliato made with Prosecco
Q Tonic, Ice and Lime Wedge
Sparkling water and Sonoma Syrup Pomegranate, Ice
Chelan Bicyclette: Bitters, Pinot Gris, Sparkling Water, Ice
(Julia Child’s) Upside-down martini 1 part Blue Spirit gin, 5 parts vermouth
Try it in classic cocktails such as Negroni, Martini and Manhattan
