ORDERING AND SHIPPING
Orders are normally processed within 3 business days. Standard delivery time within the state of Washington is overnight. Otherwise standard delivery time is 5 to 10 business days, depending on weather (please see more info below). We ship via UPS Ground and also offer 2-Day air shipping and Overnight Delivery, please call for pricing. We can frequently accommodate expediting handling on an order at no extra charge, just give us a call at 509-687-3000.
Someone over the age of 21 with a valid driver's license must be present to sign for any packages containing alcohol (Federal Law). We do not ship to Alabama, Delaware, Mississippi, Rhode Island, Michigan or Utah.
Three delivery attempts will be made before the package is returned to us. Once returned, we must charge a $20 fee on all packages returned. To avoid this inconvenience, we recommend delivery to a commercially zoned business address or enrolling in
UPS MyChoice for more delivery options.
We cannot ship to PO, FPO, APO boxes, or internationally. Please call for UPS rates to Hawaii or Alaska.
EXTREME WEATHER
In order to protect your wine during extreme weather, we ask that if you order wine during cold or hot weather that you use Overnight Delivery. Call the winery for prices. Wine can be ruined in a delivery truck that is too cold or too hot, so we are just trying to protect your wine. If we notice extreme temperatures around the country we will hold your order until temperatures normalize. Wine will be shipped as soon as the weather becomes more temperate.
